Anchor bits is used as a sacrificial consumable for drilling hole, there usually have Tungsten carbide and steel hardened two types, through machining or casting production technology.
Thread type: R25, R32, R38, R51, T30, T40, T52, T73, T76, T103, T111, T127, T130 etc.
Bits type:
EX: Hardened cross bit for loose to medium dense ground conditions
ES: Hardened button bit for unconsolidated rock with boulders
EC: Hardened arch bit for unconsolidated soil with small boulders
EY: Hardened 3 cutters bit for loose to medium dense ground conditions
EXX: T.C cross bit for soft to medium rock formations
ESS: Button bit with T.C inserts for medium rock formations
ECC: T.C arch bit for soft to medium rock formations
EYY: T.C 3 cutters bit for soft to medium rock formations
Clay bits: Casted clay bit for Soft clay and soil
